SCOPE OF WORK
This project involved extensive rebar installation throughout a large-scale fertilizer plant. A key part of the scope was fabricating, assembling, and setting 48-foot-tall rebar wall sections as single pieces.
A dedicated crew of more than 10 ironworkers handled the reinforcing installation on a site with over 2,000 ironworkers. Instead of building the tall wall sections piece by piece in place, the crew assembled them before lifting and setting each as a complete unit. That approach required careful planning for how each section would be assembled, moved through the site, rigged, lifted, and placed.
